Tá sé beagáinín difriúil ón Scór na nÓg. Dhaoine fásta a bhfuil pairteach ann, agus tá na cesiteanna go léir trí Gaeilge ag gach céim den comórtas
Tá an comórtas ar siúl i nDún na nGall le blianta fada tríd an CLG. Tá an comórtas deartha chun úsáid na Gaeilge a chur chun cinn ag leibhéal an chlub agus beidh na ceisteanna go léir i nGaeilge ag gach céim den chomórtas. Tá rannpháirtíocht oscailte do gach club sa chontae.
Formáid na tráth na gceist:
Ceathrar ar fhoireann agus gan aon táille iontrála.
Ceisteanna foirne do 9 mbabhta de 6 cheist - na freagraí go léir scríofa síos ar bhileoga freagraí a chuirtear ar fáil.
Babhta amháin ina bhfaigheann gach ball foirne 2 cheist a fhreagraíonn siad i scríbhinn.
Gan aon bhrú chun freagraí ó bhéal a thabhairt orthu.
Baineann na ceisteanna le CLG, LGFA, Camógaíocht, Stair na hÉireann agus an Domhain, Tíreolaíocht na hÉireann agus an Domhain, Cúrsaí Reatha na hÉireann agus an Domhain, Eolas Ginearálta agus Cultúr na hÉireann.
Téann na trí fhoireann is fearr ar aghaidh go dtí cluiche ceannais Uladh ar an 9ú Eanáir 2026. Téann na trí fhoireann is fearr as sin ar aghaidh go dtí cluiche ceannais na hÉireann i bPáirc an Chrócaigh. Níl aon data roghnaithe le seo fós.

Tráth na gCeist Bord will be held on Friday 5th December at 8.00pm in the Seán MacCumhaills GAA Clubhouse.
What is Tráth na gCeist Bord?
Tráth na gCeist Bord is an Irish Language Quiz which is only for adults. The questions are all in Irish at all stages of the competition.
It's a quiz that has been running in Donegal for many years through the GAA. Participation is open to all clubs in the county.
The format of the quiz:
Four members per team and no entry fee.
Team questions for 9 rounds of 6 questions - all answers written down on the answersheets provided.
One round where each team member gets 2 questions each which they also answer in writing. No pressure to answer out verbally.
Questions asked are about GAA, LGFA, Camogie, Irish and World History, Irish and World Geography, Irish and World Current Affairs, General Knowledge and Irish Culture.
The top three teams go through to the Ulster final of this competition on the 9th January 2026 and the top three from that go through to the All Ireland final in Croke Park. No date has been set for this yet.
